Quintocanto Hotel & Spa is glad to offer our guests the in-house restaurant “Officina del Gusto Bye Bye Blues”, always ranking at the top of gastronomic guides.

From first light until late in the evening, the restaurant will delight its guests with delicious suggestions and delicate recipes. Amongst some worth mentioning are its sweets which are so well-known to have received “Guida Ristoranti d’Italia 2010” award from “L’Espresso”.

The cuisine of the restaurant is characterised by its Mediterranean flavours and by a selection of the best food available on the market, with special attention to the use of biodynamic products.

The wine list offers the best selection of Sicilian, Italian, and international products. Similarly, the list of liquors and coffee offer a high-quality variety.
